Joel Chadwick
Founder / CEO
Joel has over 13 years’ experience within the marine industry. His varied roles have included event management, working on superyachts and sales within the dinghy & marine apparel sectors.
In his spare time, Joel enjoys walking the family dog Hector and is excitingly preparing to row the Atlantic in 2025!
Sian Chadwick
Operations Director
Sian has 10 years’ experience specialising in primary education and the leisure sector. She has a wealth of customer relations experience and a keen eye for detail.
Outside of work, Sian loves her fitness and is mum to two beautiful energetic children.
John Chadwick
Chairman
John has 40 years’ business experience in both the retail and insurance sectors. A successful entrepreneur, he has skills in starting and growing multi-territory companies.
John enjoys supporting and growing business, whilst looking to sail the Atlantic in 2023
Molly Civai
Sales Coordinator
Molly is our Sales Coordinator. Molly is responsible for some of our amazing social media posts and will often be your first point of call here at Pelagic
Kieran Warboys
Client Relations Manager
Kieran spent 10 years’ in the British Army completing various roles before joining the Education sector in 2023. He is always keen to try his hand at anything and enjoys the social aspect of his job.
Outside of work, Kieran is a keen runner and loves to spend time with his new family.
Jonathan Andrew
Non-Exec Director (Strategy)
Jonathan is a seasoned leader with over 20 years international board level experience. He is the current Global Chief Executive at Bibby Financial Services.
Paul Tetlow
Non-Exec Director (Marine)
Since serving in the British Army, Paul has accrued over 12 years’ experience in the marine leisure sector. Paul is currently the Managing Director of the World Cruising Club.
Nick West
Non-Exec Director (Finance)
Nick is a business consultant and financial advisor specialising in family run businesses. He currently runs his own financial services business.
James Hunt
Non-Exec Director (Communications)
James is a communications, political and strategic consultant with over 35 years of professional experience. He currently runs his own consulting business.
